David Jenkins has served as Mediator, Special Master, and Settlement Referee in 44 states. He has developed and delivered dispute resolution programs in the United States, Mexico, Central and South America, including for the Ministerio de Justicia de Argentina, the Centro de Estudios Judiciales del Uruguay, in Chile and elsewhere.
He has conducted training courses and keynotes for insurance companies and other organizations, such as Aetna, Hartford, Travelers, Design Professional Insurance Company, Industrial Indemnity Company, Liberty Mutual, Firemen's Fund, and TCO Insurance Services. Administered court annexed mediation services and dispute management programs for the Oakland Police Dept., Dames & Moore, the Sugar Workers Union, Kaiser Hospitals and Motorola.
